Tattoos and tattoo art have been a part of my life for a long time. I remember being in my early teens and seeing Teen Angel Magazine and thinking, "These images are powerful." No one in my family or life had tattoos and it became something that I felt an affinity for. I got my first tattoos at 14 and, although they weren't great, I loved them. Over the last 25 years that love has grown into a lifestyle and a way to provide for my family, while doing what I'm passionate about. I started professionally tattooing later than most, having decided to wait until my children were a bit older so I could devote more of my time to the art. I have been very fortunate to learn and work with some of the most influential tattoo artists in the world and can't wait to learn more and expand my creativity and abilities even further. The environment at Sweetwater Collective is the perfect atmosphere to encourage and provide this type of opportunity and I can't wait to see where this adventure will lead. I'm especially excited to be a part of this groundbreaking opportunity in Jacksonville, a place with so much history and culture. I look forward to showing what we are able to give back to the community.
